Our house has become her home – Sarah was the missing piece

We've got an incredible story to share with you today called "Our house has become her home"... so, grab a drink and get ready!

My name is Janet, and for the past 12 years, I've had the honor of being a part of Home of Hope, a remarkable organization that is changing lives in Kenya, Africa. You see, I work in the Women in Crisis department, where we focus on providing support and hope to pregnant teen girls between the ages of 13 and 19 who have found themselves in incredibly difficult situations.

It's my job to connect with these brave young girls, to lend a listening ear, and to guide them toward the help they need. And let me tell you, it's not always an easy task. But thanks to the generous support we receive, we can work efficiently and effectively, and most importantly, we can save lives.

Let me share a powerful story that exemplifies the impact we can make together. Eleven years ago, I crossed paths with a pregnant teen mom who had experienced the unimaginable. She had been a victim of rape and initially wanted to end her pregnancy. My heart went out to her, and I knew I couldn't give up on her or her unborn baby.

I spent countless hours talking to her, helping her find strength amidst her fears and doubts. And gradually, something remarkable happened. She decided to continue with her pregnancy, but she didn't feel capable of raising the child. That's when Home of Hope stepped in.

With the incredible support we received, we were able to facilitate everything she needed as she approached her delivery date. And thanks to the resources and care provided by Home of Hope, we rescued the baby and placed her in the loving arms of the Dream Centre.

Her name is Sarah Bititi, and she is an absolute ray of sunshine.

Fast forward to today, and Sarah has grown into a remarkable young woman. She is no longer at the Dream Centre but lives with my family as her foster parents. Our house has become her home, and our love has become her sanctuary. It's a success story that fills our hearts with joy and gratitude.

But here's the thing, my friends: none of this would have been possible without your support. Your generosity has changed the trajectory of so many lives, including Sarah's. You are the reason we can make a difference, the reason we can prevent abortions and save innocent children.

So, here's my heartfelt plea to you. If you've been touched by this story, if you believe in the power of love and second chances, I urge you to consider donating to Home of Hope. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will go directly toward the amazing staff and resources that make these life-saving programs possible.

Imagine the impact we can create together. Imagine the smiles on the faces of these children as they grow up surrounded by love and care. It's a ripple effect that can change the world, one precious soul at a time.

Let's be the catalysts for hope. Let's give these young girls a chance to rewrite their stories, to find strength in the face of adversity, and to embrace a future filled with endless possibilities.

Thank you for taking the time to read this story and for considering a donation to Home of Hope. Together, we can make miracles happen.

With heartfelt gratitude,

Janet
