"God's Children Are Not For Sale" is from the movie "Sound of Freedom". If you haven't seen the movie yet - please watch it!
In light of all that is happening surrounding Sound of Freedom, we wanted to share that we have been rescuing children from all kinds of situations for the past 12 years. We have been rescuing children from the slums, the streets, abandonment and human trafficking.
At just 5 days old, this little girl was a victim of human trafficking and was rescued while in the process of being "sold" in Kenya.
The police called our team members and together, they were able to intervene, stop this transaction, and rescue the child.
This case is still under police investigation, but the Dream Centre is ready to take full custody of the child.
At the time of rescue, she was 5 days old and 3kg (6.6lbs)
Why now?

Why haven't we posted about it til now?
She was a case of child trafficking and we had not told people about the baby as this case is still under police/ DCI investigation. This is why her face is blurred in the photo.
What happened to the offenders?
They have escaped and the police are trying to find them.
Update:
The baby girl is now 3 months old and weighs 4kg (8.8lbs). She is healthy and doing well.
