Home of Hope is a non-profit organization that helps children and one way we are doing this is by helping their mothers through the Tumaini Project.
Supporting one woman as she grows her business can make a remarkable difference. Not only does this provide a mother with the opportunity to provide for her family, but it creates employment opportunities for other women as well. Berta used to receive one single bail of clothing and go through it herself to select the few items she would be able to sell. Since receiving her 50-dollar microloan from the Tumaini Project, she has six women working for her and is able to open three bails per day! That is an exponential increase and her life has drastically changed for the better! Today she has a safe place to sell clothes and her business is growing. She is so thankful to Home of Hope for rescuing her and giving her new hope in life!
Donate today to make a difference in a woman’s life!
